We are launching the new 401K plan for the members working for contractors covered
under the Outside Line Agreements.
On July 8, 2009 we will have a presentation provided by the fund administrators Coast
Benefits at our Unit Meeting at 1900 in Vacaville, Ca. This 401K product is available to you
starting July 1, 2009.
If you choose to start before the presentation you can download the forms and have them
filled and send back to Coast Benefits and the deduction will start July 1, 2009. Coast
Benefits has a 1-800-886-7559 office number. Jonnette Tucker is our plan representative
