Black and Veatch members near completion on transmission project.
Local 1245 members working for Black & Veatch are giving San Francisco’s electric reliability a big boost as they complete a new 115kv transmission line.
The project connects PG&E’s Martin and Hunters Point substations. The Black & Veatch crews are pulling in and splicing cable, using conduit installed earlier this year by Local 1245 members at Underground Constructors.
