7/15/26 – TA is voted down
7/20/26 – 7/30/26 Committee members and Business Reps poll “No-voters”
8/4/26 – 8/12/26 Physical Committee meets in Vacaville and resume negotiations
Physical committee proposes changes to 3 of the top 4 issues from the poll:
- Increase GWI (with GWI Retro to 1/1/26)
- Wage Adjust Retro to 1/1/26
- DT for all OT worked on Sundays and Holidays
Company provides a “Best and Final Offer” of no changes to existing TA minus the Ratification Bonus. Company is not interested in enriching any facets of the TA and are done negotiating.
8/12/26 Physical committee moves forward to put the Best and Final Offer out to vote and remains neutral on a recommendation
