IBEW 1245 member William “Willy” Galt, a Line Equipment Man employed by Veteran Power, Inc., is facing an incredibly difficult battle with cancer that has spread throughout his body.
Known for his sense of humor, generous spirit and willingness to lend a helping hand, Willy is a beloved coworker and friend to many. Now, as he faces one of the toughest challenges of his life, his union brothers and sisters have an opportunity to rally around him.
Friends and coworkers have launched a fundraiser to help ease the financial burden of Willy’s ongoing battle with cancer, allowing him to focus on his health and the road ahead.
