It is with great sadness that we share news of the passing of Fernando Cortez, a member of the IBEW 1245 family and an employee of Davey Tree Co.’s Pole Test and Treat division.
Fernando was just 21 years old. He is remembered by those who knew him as a devoted son, brother, uncle, friend, and a hardworking young man whose kindness, generosity, and genuine spirit left a lasting impression on everyone around him. His passing is a heartbreaking loss for his family, friends, coworkers, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
