IBEW 1245 is proud to welcome David Holtz to the union staff as a Business Representative.
Holtz brings 13 years of IBEW 1245 membership experience. Most recently, he worked in GC Gas as a Working Foreman B. He has served as a shop steward since 2015 and has held a number of 1245 leadership roles, including Unit Chairperson for Loomis 3510, Control the Pressure Committee member, and Safety Steward.
Holtz was a member of the union’s PG&E Bargaining Committee, where he helped represent members during contract negotiations.
In his new role, Holtz has assumed the assignment previously held by Business Representative Mike Saner, who retired in May. He will represent T300 (GC) members in Sacramento, East Bay, Mission, and Diablo.
“We are thrilled to have David join the union staff,” said IBEW 1245 Business Manager Bob Dean. “David has earned the respect of his fellow members through his leadership, his dedication, and his willingness to step up and advocate for others time and time again.”
