IBEW Local 1245 member Jared Prisaznik has officially completed his apprenticeship and reached journeyman status as a Journeyman System Operator at PG&E’s Fresno Electric Distribution Control Center.
After years of training and hands-on experience, Prisaznik stepped into his new role helping oversee portions of the electric grid in real time, coordinating critical system operations that support reliability, worker safety, and the delivery of power to communities across the region.
In recognition of his achievement, Jared was presented with his IBEW Journeyman backpack, hat, challenge coin, and a congratulatory letter from IBEW 1245 Business Manager Bob Dean.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and children and is an aquarium enthusiast, applying the same patience and attention to detail that serve him on the job to maintaining thriving aquatic environments at home.
