IBEW 1245 is proud to recognize four new journeymen who have completed the California-Nevada JATC Power Lineman Apprenticeship Program.

Congratulations to the new journeymen: Chandler Callaway, John Hires-Caulk, George Lewis, and Bodie Marikas. Joining them in celebration was Terin Donnelly, IBEW 1245 Business Representative, who was on hand to recognize the moment and the work it took to get there.
Each of these members spent years mastering the fundamentals of the trade — from safety and climbing to trouble work
, construction, and storm response — logging thousands of hours in the field and classroom. Their journey reflects long days, physical demands, and a strong commitment to safety and excellence.
Journeying out marks both an end and a beginning: the completion of apprenticeship training and the start of a career built on skill, responsibility, and solidarity.
