We are heartbroken to share the sudden passing of IBEW 1245 member Chuck Morgan II, Utility Line Clearance Arborist working for Utility Tree Service (UTS) for SMUD in Sacramento. He was just 40 years old.
Chuck suffered a heart attack and leaves behind his family and his 11-year-old daughter, who meant everything to him.
This unexpected loss has placed an emotional and financial burden on his family. Support is being organized to help with memorial expenses and to assist his daughter during this difficult time.
