What is a Table Agreement?
A Table Agreement is the proposed new contract between IBEW 1245 and PG&E.
It covers your wages, benefits, working conditions and more.
It is not final until members review it, ask questions, and vote.
The Work, the Outcome, and Our Recommendation
To deliver a fair and improved package for all 13,800 members at PG&E, the IBEW 1245 Bargaining Committee led a rigorous process—meticulously analysing your proposals, comparable utilities, and negotiating every detail at the table.
The result is a Table Agreement that the IBEW 1245 Bargaining Committee is recommending for a “Yes” vote.
