IBEW-NECA Cal/Nev JATC is now offering Traffic Control Technician (TCT) Certification classes beginning March 16, 2026.
These in-person trainings are designed for anyone involved in traffic control within the utility industry, including classifications employed by signatory contractors under the Traffic Control Agreement (LU 1245), Infrastructure Agreement (LU 47), Outside Line Construction Agreements (LUs 47, 396, and 1245), and Line Clearance Tree Agreements (LU 1245).
Participants who successfully complete the course, pass the written exam, and demonstrate required proficiency will receive their Certified Traffic Control Technician (TCT) card.
Beginning March 16, 2026, we’re officially launching Traffic Control Technician (TCT) Certification classes! These in‑person trainings will be offered once a month at both our Riverside and Woodland Training Facilities.
