Vacaville, CA — PG&E contract negotiations are moving forward steadily and are gaining momentum.
Your bargaining team is working tirelessly, but more time is needed to complete negotiations.
On December 31st, when the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) expires, “Evergreen Status” will go into effect. This means all terms of the CBA shall continue (wages, benefits, working conditions, “no layoff clause”) however there will be no General Wage Increase (GWI) on January 1, 2026.
We will continue bargaining until we reach a Table Agreement which will be sent out for a ratification vote by our members. The Table Agreement will include GWI’s for each year of the new CBA. Any potential retroactive wage adjustment (Jan 1,2026 through date of a signed CBA) would have to be negotiated and agreed to between the parties.
