IBEW Local 1245 is proud to recognize two members who have officially completed their apprenticeships and taken the next step in their careers as Journeyman Linemen: James Negranti and Clay Gates.
After years of hands-on training, classroom instruction, and long days in the field, both men have earned their journeyman status through PG&E’s apprenticeship program—an achievement that represents skill, discipline, and dedication to the trade.
James Negranti completed his Lineman Apprenticeship and now works on the Los Padres GC Line. Clay Gates has also successfully completed his Lineman Apprenticeship and is now a Journeyman Lineman in the King City Division.
With IBEW 1245 Business Representative Jerry Camacho on hand, James and Clay were officially recognized as they reached this powerful milestone in their union careers.
