Journeyman Lineman Terin Donnelly has joined IBEW 1245 staff as a Business Representative for the Outside Line Construction. Initiated in 2011, Brother Donnelly is a third-generation Journeyman Lineman who began his career as a Groundman on a solar farm in Coalinga, California. In 2012, he was accepted into the Cal-Nevada JATC, completing his apprenticeship and topping out in December 2015.
Since then, Terin has worked primarily across Northern California, not only building power lines but also forging countless memories and lifelong friendships. He values the union’s ability to bring people together, creating lasting bonds and a true sense of brotherhood.
Terin and his wife, Bri, have been married for nine years and have settled near their hometown of Redding. They found a quiet piece of land down a dirt road, where in 2021, they welcomed their first horse. This experience inspired them to start a nonprofit horse rescue dedicated to saving, rehabilitating, and rehoming horses in need.
Terin is honored to join the IBEW 1245 team and looks forward to serving and supporting its members with dedication and passion.
Welcome aboard!
