The inaugural IBEW 1245 Nevada golf tournament took place at the Red Hawk Golf Course in Sparks, Nevada on August 24, 2024. This new event was a resounding success, with 153 players showing up to participate, despite the overcast weather. Spirits were high, and LPGA professional golfer Britney Yada added an exciting twist by challenging each team to a closest-to-the-pin contest.
The event was filled with camaraderie, competitive play, and a series of raffle giveaways that added to the fun. A big congrats to the winning team — Nick Rains, Armand Rains, Travis Rains and Jake Strickland.
The day ended on a high note, with everyone enjoying the experience and looking forward to the next tournament.
