IBEW 1245 members at Sacramento Regional Transit have signed an Open Letter to the General Manager Henry Li, calling for him to use his office to press for a fair and equitable settlement at the negotiating Table.
At issue, a 3% signing bonus for wage equity in keeping with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) agreed to for Drivers and Operators.
Business Representative Sheila Lawton declared, “We have had a great working relationship with the District over the years and have supported them in their expansion at every level. In the spirit of fairness, we believe that our members deserve this equity adjustment.”
