IBEW Local 1245 is proud to stand with working Californians who support Susan Bonilla for State Senate in District 7 (the East Bay) and oppose her opponent Steve Glazer. Bonilla currently serves as Assemblywoman and has been consistent in her support for families and working people. Glazer is a political consultant who has worked on behalf of big corporations and has helped bankroll several anti-union, anti-worker candidates, including Arnold Schwarzenegger and George W. Bush. Glazer has repeatedly referred to union workers as ‘special interests’ who need to be ‘taken on’. We’re urging all of our members who live in District 7 to support Bonilla in the special election on May 19.
