Amendments to the Local Union Bylaws
Changes are administrative only and do not require a vote of the membership. These amendments were made to reflect the current areas, companies & organizations IBEW LU 1245 represents today.

Article XIII, Advisory Council

  1. Current:
    Advisory Council position East Bay Division of PG&E, Materials Distribution Department of PG&E, and Foster-Wheeler

    Amendment:
    Advisory Council position East Bay Division of PG&E
    Note: Materials Distribution Department of PG&E (reassigned to New Advisory Council position).
    Foster-Wheeler (reassigned to New Generation Advisory Council position)

  1. Current:
    Advisory Council position Shasta Division of PG&E, City of Redding, Lassen Municipal Utility District, City of Shasta Dam, and Bella Vista Water District

    Amendment:

    Note: Reassigned Lassen Municipal Utility District to NV Energy Advisory Council
    position for correct representation.

    Tri-Dam Project reassigned from Advisory Council Irrigation Districts
