IBEW 1245 members at Mt. Wheeler Power Inc. voted unanimously to ratify a new collective bargaining agreement on October 14. The vote tally was 18-0.
The new agreement includes:
- General wage increases of 2.5% for each year of the three-year Agreement.
- 1% increase in company 401k match during the first year.
- Significantly expanded doubletime language.
- New and very improved rest period language.
The negotiating committee was comprised of members Mike Venturino, Aaron Ruech and Kelly Jackson.
