The IBEW 1245 team from the San Jose Contact Center
The team wore buttons to honor late Business Rep Debbie Mazzanti
34 members of IBEW 1245 from the PG&E San Jose Contact Center came together as “Team San Jose CC” at the American Heart Association’s 5k Heart and Stroke Walk in San Jose on October 11.
The team raised more than $2,500 for the charity, collected and donated in honor of late IBEW Business Rep Debbie Mazzanti, who lost her life on October 1 following a stroke and heart attack. To honor Mazzanti’s memory, the team wore pins with Mazzanti’s photo and inscribed her name on the event’s Memorial Wall.
This event was coordinated by Leah Nuia, Supervisor of Safety at the San Jose Contact Center, and Lorenso Arciniega helped to coordinate the team.
