Lloyd Cargo IV was sworn in to the Advisory Council by Local 1245 President Mike Davis on Oct. 29.
Cargo takes the Sacramento-area seat being vacated by Lou Mennel, who has been tapped to join the Local 1245 staff.
A PG&E Gas Service Rep, Cargo has been active in the local’s leadership development program and was one of eight young members who campaigned against anti-union legislation in Wisconsin earlier this year. He is 29.
