It wasn’t good news for NV Energy when JD Powers released its latest survey showing that the utility ranked dead last among western utilities for customer satisfaction.
But it should come as no surprise. NV Energy has been closing customer service office, shutting down yards, slashing the workforce, and turning its back on what should be its prime mission: providing good service to its customers.
