Rob Harty was sworn in by Local 1245 President Mike Davis as the Advisory Council representative for Stockton-area PG&E and the City of Lodi.
Harty, a 23-year member of the local union, took the oath at the Advisory Council meeting on Oct. 24 at Weakley Hall in Vacaville.
